   I’m sorry but how can I give anything other than 1 star when I had to wait over 45 mins for a Guinness Zero to be brought to my lane as part of the “table service” and even then I didn’t get it. Went to the front desk to complain and instantly the employee just looked like a rabbit in the headlights (guy with glasses and a ponytail). We settled on just giving me a refund. Bad customer service is such a pet hate of mine when it’s so easy to get right in the first place or rectify when something goes wrong. Could have took them 30 seconds to pour my drink and instead they opted to fill out a form and refund my money. Advice to other customers? Forget table service as their competency isn’t there, just go to the bar yourself. Far easier and painless.

   Attended here today as a Christmas event for staff and volunteers from a local charity. What a disaster on arrival they could not find our booking then took over half an hour to agree to us having our lanes for bowling. We had also booked and paid for food for our group, I can only say what a disappointment it was. I think there will a great deal of discussion before we consider returning to this venue.

   Staff were friendly and helpful. Very crowded at the lanes. Not much space when in a large group. Lanes broke on us, but the staff moved us onto different lanes in a timely manner. Toilet facilities were well maintained and clean 10/10! The only issue was that the hand dryer was out of order and no paper towels provided.

   Tenpin is lovely place to visit as it gives you all the fun in one place. The kids would love it but, you need to have enough coins to for the games. The bowling can be paid for online or at the counter. If you don’t have coins , there a machine to convert your cash to coins.

   Great bowling venue. Tuesday are half price pretty much everything so quite busy but well worth going. Had a massive upgrade recently with better seating and eating. Arcade machines for the kids as well as an escape room. I haven’t tried that yet but the bowling is just as good as before

   Visited on a Saturday Feb 2023, staff were mostly young yet polite and knowledgeable of the facilities. They have also remodeled recently which made it feel much more arcade like and fun. My son also enjoyed the nerf gun game more than the bowling but i suppose that's being 4 for you. Didn't try the food, so don't judge that based on me :).

   Have had many good evenings here with friends and family but since they have updated the venue they always seem short staffed. Long wait times for food (to the point we have finished bowling. Over 1 hour for burger and chips!) Informed staff and was told 10mins - there just plating it up - 20mins later still nothing! Ended up leaving without eating

   Arrived with friends to bowl and not impressed with layout and design. Slow service at bar, staff ( they look like they are new which is understandable) can't hear customers we can't hear them place is too loud with arcade, bowling and pool tables in full swing. Seperate tills cause long queues blocking entrance, and exit would expect all tills to get everything done. Arcade area is like they don't know where to put it any of it and the bowling seats and area are cramped and small for 5 people understandable that covid is in place but movement is limited prefer old layout
