So helpful, the advisor I had was a credit to the company. an absolute delight! A little confused about the negative reviews on here, they don't reflect the experience that I had at all! I put an enquiry in as I want to find out more, so I was more than happy to receive a call and get the information I wanted!
Great service! I cant reccommend enough, as someone who is so forgetful, I greatly appreciated them calling and checking in! The advisor I had was great and so knowledgeable and found me the right policy for me!
Don't share your details on their contact form. I've been called multiple times per day by this company, despite me emailing them and telling them to delete my details. They call from different numbers, mobiles and landlines so if you block them they'll still call.
Agree with person below - do not fill in the enquiry form that advertises a quote sent to your inbox. It’s a lie and they will call you immediately from a mobile number. As a marketer I despise shady tactics like this, and if this is their approach to sales it’s a no from me.
I filled in a form to enquire about prices for income protection and I have received over 10+ calls some within 2 hours of each other. It's still ongoing. I was interested in switching my life insurance provider from legal and general but after this, it has completely put me off. They clearly have no respect for their customers privacy and the selling of insurance Is clearly commission based which leads me to believe they don't have your best interests at heart. Avoid at all costs and definitely do not fill in an inquiry form.
