    My experience at Sofology was great, I had the time to look around and didn’t feel pressured once. Once I was ready Mustafa was ready to help me purchase my order. He was very diligent and swiftly completed the order as well as making us a great cup of coffee. The rest of the team were great at wednesbury offering warm welcomes and bright smiles, would recommend coming to the wednesbury store. The team and Mustafa were amazing !!!

    Amazing selection of sofas, they fall somewhere between loaf and dfs with their prices and quality, which I think is a decent middle ground. I've not bought from them yet so this is just a review or a great show room, welcoming staff that don't pester you too much so I felt comfortable to stay longer and look properly. I'm more than likely going to be heading here for my new sofa.

    We went in looking for a specific sofa for our new house, Ruby was absolutely fantastic and explained and pointed out various options for us narrowing everything down to the T.     I had a good experience at this sofa shop although I don’t know why there are mixed reviews on Google about the salespeople there. They were welcoming but don’t feel they were pushy at all as some said. All with smiling faces and very courteous, knowledgeable as well. Overall happy with the experience and we bought an ex-display sofa at a very affordable price.

    PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE FROM A BAD COMPANY Sorry Jag but this review had to change becuase for the joke service I have been given by the after sales of this sofa never will I go to sofology after waiting 5 month for my sofa I was told it would be here before Christmas well that was a no show then when I get my sofa on the 12 of Jan it's comes with half the items that I ordered no phone call before delivery to tell me that just from the delivery man to said he has no clue where it is and to call sofology and ask. Then to top it off the delivery turned up 3 hours later no phone call an 1 hour before he just turn up poor service I have sent 3 email's and 2 phone calls with promise of call back still no phone call no email this company is a joke for after Sales if someone could call me on this as this is pass a joke

    Ordered a sofa over 9 weeks ago with “guaranteed Christmas delivery” , had an email from someone confirming I had changed my upgrade when I had in fact not spoken to anyone at all. Then called to confirm this and was told this was not correct, they confirmed one sofa would be ready by 12th dec and if the other was not we could have 2 separate deliveries so we got one before Christmas. Then had a call the following day to say our sofa had not passed quality control check and needed to be re-made, but due to a ‘shortage of foam’ it was going to be up to another 4 weeks meaning first week of Jan. Then received an extremely unprofessional email confirming we would not have our sofa until 15th January. No phone call at all just an email. Called up today to speak to a manager and was told no manager is available at all and can’t even call me back. Once they have your sale they don’t care, I wouldn’t bother shopping here at all.

    Myself and my mum went to sofology today was really impressed with the choices of styles sofa. However we was not sure if the size was good enough for our house. Tracy made design to add extra seats on the sofas and was really helpful telling us of the care and guarantees of the fabric and explaining everything to us. Fantastic customer service from Tracy. I will recommend any of my family/friends to this store due to the service my mum and myself got today from Tracy.we brought 3 sofas, looking forward to new furnitures.Thank you.

    Purchased the midsummer suit in summer 2021 at a cost of approx £5000. Got first set of sofa and they had a toxic chemical smell which would burn the back of the throat. A technician visited to inspect the furniture and as soon as I opened my front door he could smell it so the furniture was written off and a new set sent out with a extra cushion as a gesture of good will. Be hold the second set of sofa’s almost 8months later have arrived and the sofa feet are all damaged the arms are damaged and the toxic smell is just as bad so once again a independent technician was sent and the sofa’s were written off again. A new set has arrived today and upon unpacking the sofa we find the frame is broken and many sides of the sofa scuffed and the sofa material is creased in many places. I have been calling if Sofology and requesting to speak to Gina has been 5 days now and no response. Have asked to speak to a different manager and have been instructed they are not allowed to pass on any managers details.We are now coming to the end of 2022 after paying almost 5K we are sat on the cold floor. I would totally avoid Sofology in all circumstances.If I could upload the pictures I would. Absolutely shocking. Please guys listen to me I am a genuine customer who has parted with hard aren’t money for this company to just rob us totally shocking.

    Visited to finalise a sofa that I liked online from their website. The staff were very attentive and provided very detailed information on the sofa. Also, the staff are well trained, I should highlight not only do they have really beautiful furniture, but the after sales online and phone support is honestly second to none. It's interesting to note that their staff are not paid commission, this results in a very relaxed approach to sales that occasionally borders on lethargic. Fortunately, the sofas largely sell themselves. Just be make everyone aware they are pricy compared to any other store.
