“Went in today looking for a cheaper mattress as I’m a single mom moving out for the first time . Was overly satisfied with the service and walked out with a new mattress with a great deal . Jaswant was absolutely brilliant and went over and above for me . Greeted me , walked me through the sleep match process , help me try all the recommended mattresses with a pillow of my choice . He let me decide and take my time and once decided helped me out further by finding the exact mattress on clearance so I wasn’t left spending a fortune on a mattress . “Bought a Wowcher deal for a double divan base, mattress and headboard - including delivery - for £160. It was only after we redeemed the voucher and ordered the bed, did we then look at the reviews and begin regretting our choice. We received an email to say that the bed would be delivered 7 days earlier than expected (and only 5 days after the initial order). It arrived safely, nothing missing or broken. We put it up rather easily - the bedframe itself just clicks into place. My partner, furbubba and I have slept on it for the last 4 nights with no problems at all. Although it isn't the comfiest mattress in the world, 1) it'll do us for a good few months - we've had a great night's sleep, and 2) what do you really expect at a budget price? Just wanted to pop a good review on here as the overwhelming amount of negative ones had us panicking all the way to our delivery date. We had nothing to worry about at all. “My Husband and spent our bank holiday Sunday looking for a bed and mattress. To cut a long story short, beyond the wide range of bed and mattresses, it was all about the AMAZING STAFF and customer service er received. Not overbearing. We were offered a cold drink as it was warm outside. We ended up spending most of thr time trying out mattresses with the informative and very patient adviser JORDAN. The entire team was lovely too at different stages, from entering to leaving the store (at almost closing time).”
