   Paid £30 for assembly service - drivers refused to complete it, I had to do it myself. Headboard never installed, drivers claimed it was "wrong" and took it back (I never even saw it). Left packaging mess everywhere. Company apologized and admitted driver failures. Then month later, different person blamed ME for refusing delivery. Have CCTV proving headboard never came inside. Four weeks later: no headboard, no refund, no compensation. Passed between multiple staff. Invoice missing VAT number. They admit fault then gaslight you. Incomplete service, blame-shifting, poor accountability. Save yourself the headache.

   I bought two mattresses from this company — a single (£149) and a king size (£239) + £29 each mattress delivery !! and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them and do not order through Wowcher. It’s overpriced and unfortunately not worth the price! Misleading advertisement The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. They are advertised as “medium firm,” but in reality, they are super soft and unsupportive — you sink right in and it feels like the mattress is “broken” in the middle. The surface has an uncomfortable pattern and deep button holes, and you can feel the springs through the fabric. There is no memory foam layer as described and definetly not a 3000 pocket . On top of that, the single mattress was 95 cm wide, while my standard single bed frame is 90 cm — meaning the measurements are completely wrong. I now have to either buy a new frame or a new mattress. The delivery service was terrible. I was charged £29 per mattress, yet the drivers left them in the building entrance on the ground floor, refusing to bring them up to my flat on the 4th floor. They said I’d have to pay extra to have them carried upstairs, which was never mentioned on Wowcher or by the company. I ended up struggling for hours trying to find help to move them myself as I live by myself with a small child. The mattresses were also dragged across the floor, arriving dirty and damaged. Altogether, this has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my entire life! My friend bought a king size mattress on Wowcher for £129 from another seller, and it was far better quality than the one I have for double the price! Please do your research before ordering. This company is unprofessional, misleading, and sells poor-quality products. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

   I ordered the chair on the left and received the chair on the right, which was a huge disappointment as there is no deep buttoning on the chair I received. As a retired upholster I know the difference and it’s not how the photos were taken. The company are impossible to contact so I will probably have to go to Trading standards.

   AVOID !!!!! See pics below. Ordered the mattress and received a mattress that looked like it was a second hand mattress and it smells awful. I had to pay an extra £20 to have it exchanged and the second one smells even more than the first one. They will not collect it and I can’t sleep in my bedroom due to the smell. How the hell are they still trading ???? I’m taking it to court.

   I ordered a deal through Wowcher, the bed was never delivered, I have received no refund or communication from the company or Wowcher. Disgraceful service, avoid at all costs!!

   Absolutely shocking company! Ordered through Wowcher, yes it was cheap but that's the way Wowcher works. Paid £20 separate delivery. I ordered the mattress in the photo, smooth topped memory foam 9" deep. What I actually received is the second photo, cheap nasty sprung mattress with buttons. Notified Wowcher the day after delivery that it was not what I ordered. After hearing nothing I contacted the company myself. Company refuses to refund me as it's too late ! Of course I can upgrade for £30 extra. I wish I'd read the awful reviews first, but I thought having sold over 8000 items I would be happy with my purchase. My next move is contacting trading standards.

   Bought a Wowcher deal for a double divan base, mattress and headboard - including delivery - for £160. It was only after we redeemed the voucher and ordered the bed, did we then look at the reviews and begin regretting our choice. We received an email to say that the bed would be delivered 7 days earlier than expected (and only 5 days after the initial order). It arrived safely, nothing missing or broken. We put it up rather easily - the bedframe itself just clicks into place. My partner, furbubba and I have slept on it for the last 4 nights with no problems at all. Although it isn't the comfiest mattress in the world, 1) it'll do us for a good few months - we've had a great night's sleep, and 2) what do you really expect at a budget price? Just wanted to pop a good review on here as the overwhelming amount of negative ones had us panicking all the way to our delivery date. We had nothing to worry about at all. Thank you, Giomani Designs for not letting us down!

   Cheap and nasty beds. The bed I ordered was damaged on delivery, got the faulty part replaced, fair. A few months later, one hinge broke. Contact the seller, they are not interested in help, even within warranty. The price was low, so I am not going to mean to give 1 star, but think twice if you are ordering their product.

   Zero stars. Beds only have a 1 year warranty which I did not notice when I bought my bed just over a year ago. Double divan has only 3 slats across width of bed, so when one breaks, the whole of the side of the bed base drops. The response from customer service was “Out of warranty” Do not buy such poor quality bed.
