   Brilliant way to buy a bed. You go on the machine bed that measures you, tells you the type of bed that would suit. Soft, medium etc so no waiting time trying every bed in the shop. Jas was really patient and made the process really easy. Best bed buying experience.... ever, and I'm 62!!

   On arrival at Dreams Wednesbury, we were greated and welcomed by the staff. Offered assistance even Offered drinks. We were given some simple to understand explanation of how different mattresses are good and comfortable for our sleep. We were taken through testing different beds,by actually lying on them, we allowed to free choose what was most comfortable and convenient for us. Thank you Dreams for friendly customer care.

   Went in today looking for a cheaper mattress as I’m a single mom moving out for the first time . Was overly satisfied with the service and walked out with a new mattress with a great deal . Jaswant was absolutely brilliant and went over and above for me . Greeted me , walked me through the sleep match process , help me try all the recommended mattresses with a pillow of my choice . He let me decide and take my time and once decided helped me out further by finding the exact mattress on clearance so I wasn’t left spending a fortune on a mattress . It was so welcoming and successful all thanks to Jaswant and his over and above service . Thankyoi !!!

   A large store in an accessible position. There was a wide range of beds and mattresses at competitive prices. I opted for a quality item from the discount area. The staff were all very pleasant, easy to talk to and helpful. My only negative comment was the awful music in the store. It didn't inspire me to buy anything. That all went to the poor staff that had to suffer listening to it!

   Great variety of beds, mattresses, and pillows. Customer service great not to pushey once they had asked if you needed help. We did make a purchase and was assisted by Gary who was a great help. Delivery was good. On the day booked. Delivery men friendly and helpful. Can't fault the service.

   Excellently stocked store, very clean open and bright. Excellent staff, willing to help us make our purchase they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One the best experiences I've had in a bed store. We purchased what we intended and came away feeling happy. We would recommend this store as we could not fault them. I say this after visiting four other places before arriving here so this is in comparison to the other similar stores in the area that we went to yesterday afternoon.
