   From the start to the actual date of our festive Christmas lunch on December 6, 2025, Sam A went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 10 family members. This was followed by desserts; mine was a bramble apple pie with vanilla ice cream, which was delicious. They did not serve custard, but the vanilla ice cream was a delicious touch. Sam A oversaw the entire experience, including the service, food, and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and recommend this location. The decorations were lovely too. A warm fire was a bonus.

   The food was spot on and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a real local charm that makes you want to stay longer than planned. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell there’s a lot of heart behind this place. Definitely one of my new favourite spots can’t wait to come back!

   Where to even begin! Whenever we go to this JD's we always get their amazing veggie breakfast. Food is so consistently tasty! Eggs are fried to perfection, love their toast, Lurpak butter, beans, mushroom, veggie sausages and crispy hashbrowns. The refillable coffee a must! Big shout out to Mike who is always welcoming with a big smile on his face. Another huge mention is that the toilets have won the 'Loo of the Year Awards'! See you again very soon!

   Amazing food, lovely staff, the steak is amazing. Great atmosphere.I can’t wait to go back. Also the managers are lovely, great bar service and table service too! The staff look really hard working. Overall this Wetherspoon has to be the best one I’ve been too

   Went in for breakfast as I was passing last week. No sausages, no coffee, no joke. Staff struggled to answer simple questions on the menu, wouldn't replace the sausages with another item but wanted me to pay the same price! Went to Furze Bexleyheath one instead, way better in every way. Bar staff even knew the table number by my pointing to it in the distance and it's a big restaurant area.

   Small fish and chips looked more like a single fish finger in a bucket of batter, but the worst was the burger which resembled charcoal. We sent the burger back to be redone, only to have the replacement exactly like the one we sent back. We've been coming here for years and unfortunately it has gone downhill recently.
