Walked in and got served although it says members only on the door, good idea allows them to turn away undisirables !! Decent pint of Guinness, friendly atmosphere.
Wont be going here again went tonight only to be told by rude bar staff members only...drank here for 10 years staff said dont recognize you ...youl have to leave ...even though was saying hello to people in there....wont darken your door anymore will be passing on to mates wont be drinking there....rude.....members bar really ....wheres your membership. Ha ha.

Popped in last night for a drink after a curry next door. I've lived here 20 years and never been in. Now I'm glad I did. Nice to watch the football or just haivng a beer or two. Will have to pop back again a bit sooner that the 20 years it's taken me to get here.
Proper local. Barmaids full of fun and take no rubbish. Customers always laughing and winding each other up. Went there last week and had the mickey ripped cos of my hugh phone. Felt welcomed. John-boy.
