Stopped here on a whim. Friendly staff and ample parking. It was quite quiet being a bit late in the day on a Monday between Christmas and NY. There’s a huge beer garden to the rare of the pub along with parking. Food was delicious and fresh. I had the Mediterranean lamb and also the warm brownie with ice cream. Will definitely visit again. There seems to be different nights for specialty menus which asks for booking so can’t opine on those yet.

We had THE BEST lunch at The White Cross Inn. We had just been to the pumpkin patch down the road and this was the perfect way to end a nice autumn day. The staff was friendly and kind and the food was delicious. They even had a few board games to keep the kiddo busy whilst we were waiting for food. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Throughly recommend this pub. Amazing food, ambiance and lovely owners. We visited for a Sunday roast, which was amazing. They also had a live singer in the beer garden.

I’ll start by saying that the food here is very good indeed - I have eaten in high end London restaurants where the food is not as good as this! The issue with the White Cross is that it is not particularly friendly or welcoming. If only the staff were more friendly this would be a 5/5 without a doubt

Second visit here. It's a very old rustic type pub, quite large really. Locals are very friendly and the pub is very dog friendly. Didn't try the food this time around but the menu looks good however the kitchen doesnt open until 6pm. Beer prices could be better. £6.90 for a pint and a half of bitter. (£4.60 & £2.30 respectively).

A little tired and worn, dog friendly, quite homely. Beer is expensive, as is the food for what it is. I would drop in there in future for the odd pint but it is £1.30 more per pint than my local in London! I wouldn't bother eating there again as it is very much overpriced for what is afterall a small microwave meal.

Staff are friendly and the Sunday roast is excellent more to the point the roast belly pork is probably one of the best tasting bits if pork we have ever had cruncny crackling and melt in the mouth meat.

Excellent family and dog friendly pub with very good beers and very well cooked food. Sunday roast probably the best in bexely village. Staff very friendly.

Great family pub which I have now been going to for the past four years. Since the pub had new owners the food has improved 100%. The staff are warm and welcoming and don't rush you,and if they have time will spend more time chatting to you. Part of the pub goes back to the 17th century with log or coal fire place.Lovely and cosy in winter or Christmas time.plus there are no games or music machines. Great for going with friends and family for a quite get togethers. They now have a wonderful outside sitting and eating area, which was beautiful during last summer heatwave.
