Called in yesterday in Romford shopping always like to call into the bull. Christmas decorations brilliant as always shared the small plates stayed for couple of hours. If you're in Romford call in great welcome.

Great evening at The Bull, the staff here are super friendly and really helpful, the steaks are always 10/10 and thr burgers delicious, any dietary preferences aren't met with an eyeroll and the food arrives quick, hot and well presented and great value for money. Drinks are well priced and they don't skimp on ice which is a big plus ! Relaxed atmosphere and well worth a visit, it turns out we seemed to have brought a ghost with us that was welcomed by everyone too !
We enjoyed a brilliant night in the Bull, made all the better by Michael’s warm welcome & fantastic customer service. He shall forever be known as ‘Rusty’ to me and my friends, but I will leave future patrons to ask him why. Can’t fault the place. We look forward to visiting again soon!
Great local pub, nice staff and great beers. They have a happy hour on a couple of beers. Pool table, darts and the locals seemed friendly. Proper old school pub and a very enjoyable evening.
Have to give a special mention to Sarah and Roxy! We are and drank and enjoyed the fantastic service and atmosphere that the bull provides. Great food, great prices and a friendly welcoming feeling. We were here for work and were not locals but got welcomed in and were made to feel part of the community. Highly recommend their steak! We’ll be back again!
I visited The Bull for the first time today. The occasion was taking a relative out to celebrate her birthday. The staff were welcoming,helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and the environment pleasing and comfortable. I shall definitely be going back in the near future. Thank you.
Very slow service they will leave you standing at the bar and serve all there regulars before you even when you was there before them! And when u say something they will say they never saw u! Even tho your standing next to the people who keep coming up to the bar after you. Customer even said they wasn’t next and she said yes they was and served them! This happens every time I go from the same person clearly only likes to keep the regulars happy! Or maybe doesn’t like to serve women.
Im fine with slow service, natural if you're busy but being given a mouldy glass for a cider is absolutely disgusting. No apology given but at least the bar team member did bin the glass. Very poor standards.
Nice environment with indoor and outdoor food areas. Little space for children too for their entertainment. Food is tasty. Car parking available. Very good experience.
