   Made a order, received a invoice but that's the only positive think l can say the website had no delivery details on it, they did not answer my emails, phoned 5 times,out of 5 options on phone only 1 working, also website online chat not working, was told its a big big company yet there up to date options are of a very small company, not one to give you confidence when trying to deal with, lady on phone told me DPD were making delivery but she could not give me a tracking number just a total nightmare to deal with

   I contacted Gary about reupholstering out French style bed which really needed a refresh. At 9 years old it had suffered several scrubbings post child artistry and the ticking around the edges of the fabric had mostly fallen off. Gary's competent demeanour and keen eye for detail was immediately apparent and he suggested ways of improving the finish of the bed which he subsequently did. The finished article is superb and we couldn't be happier with it - and at a sensible price which was exactly as quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending Classic Furniture Care to anyone who is looking for a high quality (and cost effective) re-upholstery job.
