   Freeway is lacking behind as in not having a fully operational mobile APP. That would have given user’s a whole lot of seamless experience and options, where you can pull up your policy and do / see more. Please do something about Mobile APP.

   Cheapest but Not very helpful when claiming 3d party cost for a non fault claim. Thank you for your comments. I only put this review after hitting concrete wall with your claim department. Unfortunately other departments in any company other than marketing and sales don't understand how hard to gain a customer now days.

   Freeway insurance brokers don’t deserve we give them business anymore they are not loyal Whith them paying customers I got renewal due Whith them and they send me renewal price 35% extra what I pay last year and they are not happy to talk over the phone it’s like fix price when they need business b4 they are begging to get customers avoid them not a professional company..

   They experience sure when I spoke with your staff regarding the renewal insurance I was reporting regarding accident on the January what’s happen the third-party not claim against me you know I spoke with the company Sami we keep his records for 10 years maybe the third-party man attending maybe going out of the country maybe come back

   !!!! I would like to state that this company is not a good company. I have been working with this company for about 3 years but I wish I had never worked with them. So why have I been working with this company for 3 years if you are going to say it is a bad company? Because it was the one that gave the best price in the market. They hit my car and ran in the middle of the night in 2024. It has been about a year and even though I have evidence and video recordings, they could not conclude the case. Because of this case, my renewal premium for this year is about £10000 for the insurance I paid about £2500 before. Please think again if you are getting insurance from this company (Freeway), I would say I will pay £200-£300 more and get it from other companies.

   I wanted to send you a quick warning about Freeways insracne . I was recently dealing with them and had an awful experience. They asked me for a few details to set up my account and then after seven days they requested all papers and found fault with them, demanding money from me as a result. In the end, they canceled my insurance and took away £200 of my hard-earned money! now they have send this to debt recovery team . I urge you not to go to this company for your insurance needs. Please do your research beforehand and make sure that the company you choose is trustworthy.

   Definitely a (0) star…. Stay away from freeway insurance. I have a pending claim which has lasted nearly a year now and still no response from any of their team. Non fault accident, got a camera in the car so no dispute as to who was at fault. Third party accepted liability and it has taken freeway 11months so far and they still have not facilitated my lost of earnings and other payment etc. They do not care about the services they provide. They are very quick at giving you a fair price on their policy. But if you’re reading this and you are still considering freeway insurance, I can guarantee you that you’re signing up for your worst nightmare.

   Would give 0 stars if I could. Still my current insurer for the next 2 months. Having a nightmare with a NON FAULT accident. A car hit my car which was parked. My taxi is my income and the can’t garuntee when it will be repaired nor can they provide replacement. Also can’t give any time scale. I was advised quickest way would be to claim off my own insurance (would lose all my no claims of 5 years) in the process. Will not be renewing. Avoid at all cost as when there is a claim they pass it on to another company who are even worse!
