We popped in for a drink whilst son getting ready for a football match. Then we clocked the menu and specials (home made chicken casserole and homemade chicken curry) we had to try it. Both were absolutely amazing and full of flavour. Nice country pub and the open fire gave it that extra coziness! Will definitely visit again!
Was recommend via word of mouth, viewed website looked ok ,they offer food so Thursday evening whe. We attened ,only to be told they have no Guinness, no good ,if had to drink beer. ok can we order food it was 7.30 and that was the main reason for going to this pub. No food the chef goes home @4pm , there is no mention either in the menu or online that food is only available till 4pm. if my wife had not of ordered her only red wine that is served we would have left. Mens toilet door wedged open, anyone passing by can see in , missing extractor in men's toilet window. Hardly any toilet roll, least they had hand sanitizer Locals like this pub , but sadly we will not be returning
Owner in kitchen was so lovely and accommodating with our two elderly dogs. Down to earth proper pub.

This is a small village pub rather than a travellers refreshment stop. If you can see past the worn interior and are not expecting gourmet food you will find a warm welcome and very good basic pub food. My wife and I enjoyed getting off the motorway and the fact that we very much enjoyed our visit here probably says more about us than the pub itself.
Fantastic little country pub Landlady and staff were so friendly Dropped in for lunch a couple of times whilst working nearby Very nice food, and a good drink selection both alcoholic and non alcoholic I’d recommend the ploughman’s lunch, very nice! Friendly regulars and a nice quiet little beer garden Well recommended!
This weekend, myself and Vinnie were booked to DJ at a Wedding Reception here at The Lamb Inn in Swanley Village. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a breath of fresh air escaping London for the day to visit this intimate but charming Inn. The staff were very accomodating despite being run off their feet and the locals most welcoming and appreciative of our work. We very much hope to return to The Lamb Inn again in the future be it for work or leisure and cannot wait to also sample the menu. Thank you Lamb Inn and Mr Hart for having us along to entertain you at your wedding reception.
