Walked in Saturday night, had an empty cup in my hand and the guy behind the bar was so rude. Before I could say anything he went you can’t bring other drinks in here. Fair enough I understand that but the cup was empty. Asked if he had a bin we could put it in. His response “yes I do” and just stared at us. We then asked well can we put it in the bin? He said “no it’s not my rubbish to dispose of” yes okay I get that but your customer service skills were awful. It was an empty cup. He was very standoff ish with us and I didn’t even spend a penny there. I will never return to that pub

Went in to get a drink. There was no one at the bar so I thought I will first use the loo. On return, I realised that I had forgotten my wallet in the car so I walked to the door to go to the car. As I opened the door, I heard a man from behind trying to grab my attention. I had seen this man in the toilet - a very rough looking guy who I wouldn’t take as a member of staff at first sight. He said to me in a very rude way - next time you want to use the loo, ask first. I wanted to explain but he was so rude and rough that I just said ok and walked away.
