   My current policy is not shown on their website. I queried this by emailing them and they replied that it is a technical issue and to quote them: 'This is been looked into...' , note been not being. I suspect the website is a scam.

   My experience with this company was abysmal! Staff clearly aren't trained properly. It took 3 phone calls and hours of me trying to sort out. Kept being given wrong or conflicting info and wasn't allowed to talk to a senior member of staff to clarify. And the website isn't great either as apparently they have policies that are identical with different names - very confusing. Only used as this is a niche market and not many companies offer similar policies. Def wouldn't recommend. Hope I never have to claim!

   Have just taken out a student policy, been really impressed by their terms, prices and customer support. I spoke to Tom from Customer Support in their live chat service, and he answered lots of very specific questions quickly and clearly. Obviously I've only just taken out my policy, so can't comment on the actual insurance service, but everything I've seen so far has been reassuring, and I have confidence that if I did need to make a claim it would go smoothly. Would recommend to other students

   Worst company ever. if you try to call there claims department. the line will drop the minute you choose to speak to claims department. Scammers. The 5 star review before the review was made by one of the company employees.
