   The rubber ring slide was closed, and the toboggan wasn't there, which was disappointing as this was the reason we came, but overall it was fun. When I asked about the slide I was told it was due to limited staff, even though 3 out of 4 if them were stood behind the counter chatting 90% of the time I was there. There were also some things broken or missing - there used to be an inflatable part, and the zip line rails upstairs were no longer in use. Some of the padding on the poles is starting to show wear and has been repaired with duct tape. Cake was a bit dry but nice enough. This used to be my son's favourite, even had a birthday party here before, but looks like the owners are letting it go downhill. Probably won't return.

   Visited for the first time today and will 100% be returning! The play centre is massive with lots to offer. I visited with my 2 year old & 3.5 year old and would say there was plenty for them to play with / on suitable for their age. The staff were very friendly and chatty with the kids. Everything was clean and well looked after. For have to pay for adults which is a bonus, cost me £14 and we stayed for 4 hours as it was quiet, well worth it!

   Just had a party here for my 6 year old boy. I wasn't gonna write a review, because I don't want it to become anything other than it is at the minute by people seeing the review and flooding the place. This place is the BEST soft play I have been to, and trust me I think we have done them all in South Yorskhire and beyond. It is a really nice environment, it is laid out perfect. There is lots of variety and things that I haven't seen at other soft plays like a sledge run and a toboggan. We had a dedicated host called Ellie and she was so kind and helpful. I have been to many parties like this and I have to say this was seamless and stressfree. THANKS Ellie. The food was excellent and the party run without issue. We booked the super hero option and all guests got a mask, balloon and a slush. They also got individual cupcakes and ice cream desserts. My little man got a super hero activity book and a Cape to keep. He also got a pass to go back for free for a month. Wow!! If you want to go to an excellent soft play or somewhere for your kids party, then this is the place. It really is a hidden gem. The owners could do with publicising it better as everyone who came to our party didn't know it exist.

   I recently had my little boys 4th birthday party here and I can’t recommend enough. The staff were all really helpful and attentive and couldn’t have done any more for us. The day ran so smooth and it was great value for money. Thanks again!

   The space and play equipment is brilliant we used to be regulars but it's the rudeness of one older staff member in particular that stops us returning often now. She makes you feel like your inconveniencing her by being their spending money and finds any excuse to tell off me and my child, whe knows he has special needs and communication issues and I think that's why she picks on us especially. She's one of those people that should not work with other people. Other staff seem nice, one of the women who owns it is lovely, but the rudeness of that one woman is enough to keep us away. A couple issues with safety, no gate at the bottom of the big fast slide so little kids often wander on and can get knocked over. No gate stopping kids running into kitchen and office (one of the things I get yelled at. I can follow my kid around none stop but he still runs in) If you got gates for children's safety and kept the rude lady back of house not customer serving it would be an amazing place, I'd give you 5 stars and we'd come every week again. But while ever she's there me and my friends stay clear she spoils it every time we go just makes us feel a bit sh!tty. Who hurt you and made you feel like you need to take your stress out on paying customers? What I can't understand is we are always so friendly and polite and attentive to our kids, we spend lots of money when we go, but she will find any excuse to be rude to us. You'd think she'd want us to want to return. At first I thought it was personal and discrimination but looking at the other Google reviews I think she just doesn't know how to provide good customer service and is mean to everyone.

   Been using this play area for 1 year now, and still come on a regular basis. My child loves it. The building is secure and plenty of area to play and run safely. Great parties too :)
