Just been with my grandchild to this play centre. I have been coming for many years with other grandchildren and have seen a few owners. My experience today was one of shock as to how unclean the place was. The toilet area was disgusting, and I would go as far to say that it was a health hazard. The main problem was the deep grime around the sinks, which could easily be removed. The staff were friendly and very polite, and my grandchild had a lovely time there. We had our favourite chicken curry, which is the main reason for our visit. I really hope the hygiene standards are better in the kitchen. Please get this place up to the clean standards that I have seen in the past, it really is not acceptable. I hope this is taken on board. Regards Vicki Brown

1st time visiting here today, my lo had an amazing time. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. The food was a decent price and didn't take to long to come to the table. The only let down was the toilets they were clean but definitely needed some tlc with the upkeep. Think could do with a few more staff members as well. Overall would definitely be visiting again.

Can't beat this place for affordability and location. Not too busy, not noisy or overwhelming. Bring your own hand sanitizer.

My 1yr old really enjoyed it. Personally from the outside and the interior the building needs a renovation but for how cheap it is ya can't complain. Also serve food I had a nice chip butty. Oh 1 warning, I was sat on the toilet doin my thing and the lights are on a timer so had to sit in the dark and probably left with a mucky arse cus couldn't see the damage lol.

Had my daughter’s 2nd birthday here on 18th December 2022 silver package food was ok We had previously postponed due to illness Staff were friendly and very helpful Skittles were put in the party bags which are high in E numbers and a choking hazard I’d prefer chocolate buttons or jellies With only two workers it must’ve been hard as it was busy with other patrons too It was freezing cold most parents kept their coats on and most of the children kept their jackets and cardigans on The toilets were dirty but Staff immediately cleaned them when I brought it to their attention There was no music no fun games or dancing and no party host as specified in the package Previous owners in 2018 gave more attention to detail as I had my sons 1st birthday there under different management Will not be booking next year

I’ve always enjoyed bringing my girls here as it’s a great soft play for 2/3 year olds. However, I think it’s going downhill. The sessions have stayed since Covid - most other soft plays don’t have this approach anymore. This means if you come for the morning, you get kicked out at 12. I wouldn’t usually mind this, as 2 hours is plenty for us. However, I tried to order some lunch for my girls at 11.10am and they said the kitchen was closed. This makes no sense! Most toddlers I know eat lunch between 11.30-12.30. If we wanted to eat there, I’d have to leave at 12, stand outside, pay to come back in at 12.30. They are losing valuable custom by making this strange decision? It’s also not transparent at all, and should either say clearly when you pay to come in or be printed on the menus. I appreciate they want to close to clean in the day, but it’s not the cleanest soft play in the world - I’ve seen the staff at other soft plays cleaning throughout the day whilst customers are there and they are much cleaner. My girls were hungry and disappointed - the only snacks you can by are sugary cakes, chocolate or crisps. At least have some fruit or allow people to bring their own! All in all, used to be great but seems like a money making machine now with little soul and there are better places to go in the area.

The play area is pretty good, my little boy loved it. There is now a baby room as well as the crawlers area which is nice (but a lot of the toys didn't work). However, the whole place smells of the deep fat fryer. I remember the smell from last time I visited but it seems worse now. The food was mediocre, the chips were nice but the chicken burger was just a cheap burger in a dry roll, no salad, no sauce. The jacket potato was cheap white potato with a soft skin. The tea was cheap tea bags and UHT portions of milk. Overall, somewhere we might take the kids if we were in Hillsborough and didn't need to eat but wouldn't travel to it and wouldn't eat there again.

One of the better soft play areas that is well-equipped with plenty to play on. Especially good for bringing under 1s as there is both a separate room filled with toys and separate soft play area so they don't get bowled over by older children. There is a £5 minimum on card payments, so it's good to get a coffee at the same time as paying for entry. The food menu has a good range too.

Absolutely well done to the owners ive been coming here for years and seen it go from a very over crowded play centre to hardly any one going in due to the previous owner not caring no more about the business and just wanted it sold. what an absolute turn around new carpets and art work on the walls new coverings on play equipment and very clean doesn't look tired and run down or dirty like it did before the new owners took over a year back I'm happy to say they even have warm water and heating in the toilets so pleased for the newish owners for making this in to a lovely play centre you have done a great job and nice to see the place alive again well done will see you again very soon
