   The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. One employee even gave me a dirty look and never offered any help. When we were considering a small sofa and checking the price tag, a staff member abruptly informed us, "That's just for the headrest," before walking away without any further explanation. The interaction felt dismissive and impolite, leaving a poor impression.

   I can’t thank Lee Longlands enough for the exceptional customer service that myself & my Husband have received in purchasing a dining table & chairs. I would particularly like to mention Steve Owen who jumped through hoops to get us exactly what we wanted & the wonderful Abid & Tony who delivered our table & chairs today.. & put up with a barking rescued German Shepard!!! All mentioned, plus other pleasant staff that we encountered are a credit to Lee Longlands. We shall definitely be going back!!!

   Ordered sofas from here in August last year, still not delivered, getting absolutely no where with the company. Manager Vic doesn’t return calls. Avoid at all costs, Also most of the 5 star reviews on here are from the employees!

   Out £1820 and sleeping on the floor. Ordered a bed frame and 2 bedside tables 6th July 21 with delivery before Xmas. 2 cancelled deliveries in December. Cancelled again on Jan and bed won’t be available until June/ July. Have tried customer service who send me to store, who send me to head office, who send me to store manager, who sent me to distributions and like the rest of the staff promised a call back which never happens! Please avoid them for your own sanity!!!!

   Email sent to customer services: Hi My sofa was delivered by Shane and David Just a quick note to say I was really taken with these guys on delivery. They unpacked and put the sofa together and took all the packaging. They were both friendly guys and I was really taken with the quality of the service. Myself and my partner were also really impressed with the salesman in Kidderminster (Steve), he was helpful and not pushy (which is refreshing after being in DFS with moderately aggressive salesmen). All in all, really good experience with the company as a whole Thank you Chris
