    Decent beer garden, bit of a sun trap. Nice & modern pub, good selection of nice beers, friendly bar staff but prices let it down. Bit expensive but nice place for 1 or 2

    Charlie's Bar in Brentwood is a great place to hang out, especially if you’re into a good range of beers. The selection is solid, and the relaxed vibe makes it a great spot for a casual drink. They’ve got a pool table too. Although we didn’t try the food, the bar itself was nice. Worth a visit if you’re in the area!

    £4.40 for a Fosters is fairly ludicrous. It's a one star visit for me but I'll give three as over the years its been four/five star visits when i didn't review. Last visit for some time methinks until the prices level out across-the-board but when its £2.95 in the Abby Tap (cheap) and £3.95 in the Swan (acceptable) for example, i can't justify coming in here.

    Reasonably priced and nice food. Friendly staff and short waiting times. Comfortable atmosphere with outside space not affected by nearby road. Beer selection is mostly lager with one ale.
