Raj is always helpful, goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable with anything VAG and has a very good mechanical understanding.

Very bad customer service will not even talk to you or tell you about a part unless you have a account. Awful customer service. Before you never needed an account. So your services are awful
staff are rude and unhelpful. i work at a garage and set up of account takes 7 days, how stupid. what a terrible company
As i walked in today i pressed the customer bell, one of the staff member came out in few seconds, i placed my order and as the guy went to collect my car parts, another staff member walked by and asked me if he can help me, never been let down by this branch so far, i was served by Mark Day, he was very polite and informative.
Grumpy staff. If you don’t like serving customers, take a serious look in the mirror and ask yourself what your doing!!
