   The guys I spoke to on the 09/08 [was nice but they told me the parts I wanted would have been in store 11/08 when my dad got there they said the parts haven't turned up and wouldnt be in store til 13/8 coming to think about it I dont think they even ordered the parts

   I have to say I had a great experience in customer service from a gentleman called Michael at Watford branch. I email Michael at 5 pm he responded to me by 6 pm he ordered a thermostat for a fiat 500 and I got the part by 11 pm the following day. Very helpful. Thanks again Michael.

   This is a gem of a place. I went there on a Sunday looking for valve stem seals. It was for a 25 year old car so the chances of them being in stock were slim. They didn't have them but the chap told me he could get them in for 11am the next day. Remember this was a sunday. Sure enough I got a call at 10:30 the next day to say they were ready to collect. This was quicker and much cheaper than euros. Thanks for a good service.

   A brilliant old style motor factors which leaves the likes of Halfrauds for the dead loss type of shop it is. Here they are switched on, they know their stuff and can identify parts easily. Quality products on the shelf and can order in any thing you might need... They can make up brake pipes while you wait, to any size you need etc. And to top it off open late. If your still capable of fixing your car they can help....
