    I tried to use their web site on Saturday night (25th October 2025) to order the parts in the attached pictures. The web site did not make it clear whether the transaction had succeeded or not. The parts were still present in my basket so I tried again but the same thing happened. I sent KS International an email asking them to call me to confirm the status of my order but did not hear from them. I contacted my bank today (27th October 2025). They advised me that my card was not blocked and that I should try again. My basket had expired so I called KS International to ask if I needed to resubmit my order and they said I did. However, when I tried to place the order, it still did not seem to work. I called the fraud department of my bank to ask what might be going wrong and they said there must be some issue at the merchant's end. It looks like I will have to get the parts I need elsewhere.

    My experience working at KS International was terrible. There is no proper HR, no employee support, and they don’t follow UK employment guidelines. I wasn’t even allowed to take sick leave when I was in severe pain. After working hard and doing my job properly, my contract was suddenly terminated without any valid reason. I was told it’s because the girl who worked before me was coming back after a year β€” which is completely unfair and unprofessional. There was zero support, no communication, and no respect for employees. I wouldn’t recommend KS International to anyone. It was very unfair to person who is working very hard.

    These people have wasted almost a month of my time. They're the only company in the world who made it known they have the radiator support panel for my 2001 Mitsi Triton who would ship overseas. We're a rural family that's down to only our tiny, hybrid, tooling-around-town car because my ute failed WoF. I had to order from them if I wanted to get my ute road legal again with a new panel. Their response time is terribly slow, up to a week sometimes, and they couldn't be bothered answering any three simple questions at once (Will you ship to NZ? How much? How long should it take?) so what should have been two quick interactions interactions was drawn out into multiple emails across multiple weeks. When I finally got them to let me buy the part, they sent me an invoice that included a price for shipping. Two days after I paid, they came back and told me they wouldn't ship because it cost more than they quoted and they were cancelling the invoice and my money would be refunded. After waiting for PayPal notifications for another two or three days I once again had to chase them up to get my money. Will certainly never try to buy something from them again, and I'd suggest you don't either.

    Ordered rear suspension kit for 2016 Isuzu dmax. Would not recommend this kit to anymore better of paying the extra and getting one from milners 4x4. I fitted the kit and over the next few days had to keep tighten up the u bolts. I informed the company and they just shrugged it off. Now there is a bad clunking noise under braking after inspection found this noise is the leaf springs hitting each other so have had to put a piece of rubber in between the leafs, Very poor quality. Suspension kits has only done 300miles

    Bought a set of leaf springs for my isuzu dmax only to find out that 1 month after warranty that they where made of complete rubbish and cheap steel.the clearance height between bump stop and axel should have been 80mm and not 25mm .asked for manufacturers warranty and was told there was none continious emails to try and sort the problem out but with no help at all now I'm out of pocket by €300 will never deal with this company again . Stay well clear
