   I strongly advise against using this garage. It is by far one of the worst garages I have ever dealt with, both in terms of workmanship and customer service. I brought my van in for a laser wheel alignment on Friday. When I collected it, I requested the geometry test report—a basic standard procedure that most garages provide to show the results of their work. They informed me that they do not provide this. Despite this, I paid for the service and drove off. On my way home, I noticed that the alignment was incorrect. I took the van to another service center for a re-test, which clearly showed that the wheel alignment had not been done properly. I have attached photos as proof for anyone to see. I emailed the garage to report this and requested a full refund. Their response was shocking—they blamed me for not informing them that the van was pulling to one side. I am left speechless.

   Not what it used to be. Sadly after many years of using Fairway tyres and always singing their praises, I will be calling it a day. Just a couple of the wonderful old team left. The customer service has gone badly downhill. Such a disappointment and not a pleasant experience. Such a shame.

   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Fairway Tyres . I booked in my scooter for an MOT & all of a sudden the fuel tank & pipe broke down & leaked everywhere. The Scooter is over 20 years old . Now Fairway do not repair motorcycles however, the whole garage went above and beyond the call of duty & 7 days later I was able to ride the scooter out repaired & MOT’d . I consider myself to be very lucky to have such a nice bunch of mechanics , fitters & staff that you can trust just down the road . I recommend Fairway for all your mechanical needs & MOT’s .    Fairway have long been my first choice for all vehicle repairs l can't or don't want to do myself - particularly for niggling problems that some garages overcharge just for investigating. All concerned at Fairway speak truthfully and will outline the options for a solution and they can do surprisingly fast turn arounds despite being busy.

   Very good, quick honest service. Extremely pleased. BUT (and it’s a big but) minus three stars though for the staff smoking in reception and the workshop. I have a serious lung condition (I’m currently waiting for new lungs) and being around cigarette smoke is dangerous for me and makes me very uncomfortable. Sorry guys but it had to be said… no hard feelings.
