   Came to buy new headlights and get them fitted. Having done my research online I wanted advice on what would be the best lights for me to be 100% sure I was getting the right lights. Thought I knew I needed H4 lights, purchased the lights advised by staff and Trevor is ready to fit them for me, sadly they're the wrong lights. Trevor goes to look for the lights I need but they're not in stock and advises I need D8S lights and where to get them from, very helpful. And he said once I get hold of the D8S lights he'll fit them for me. I return the next day and was able to get his attention, he remember's me and fits the lights straight away and away walks another happy customer (obvs after paying). Thank you Trevor for your help, great customer service!

   I went in to pick up my new bike and the staff were very efficient and helpful. They gave me advice on how to maintain my electric bike as I'd never had one before and suggested I adjust my seat to fit my leg length. I was very happy with the service I received and will recommend them to anyone who needs bicycle services.

   Sadly cannot give 0 stars!!! Very bad and unprofessional staff. Got high pressure washer and asked for it to be in package as it was present. They gave us display one with an empty box, when asked could they help us and box it they said they don’t know how to do it! After our unhappy comments they did started pack it up and then just left my husband there by the till to pack it up himself and clean dusty box, they just proceeded serve customers without finishing serving us and packing up our stuff! Rude, unprofessional and careless! Definitely won’t be coming back as this is display of all the qualities how business should not be run!!!

   Used Halfords fitting service today to get my headlight bulb replaced, which was very awkward to get to. The whole service from the store staff to the mechanic/engineer was excellent. The lady at the tills was very helpful and kept me informed, and the engineer took less than 10 minutes to complete the job. The fitting service was very reasonable price wise, and I would recommend Halfords Hayes gladly.

   Dropped my bike for silver service which l paid for and was told that l could pick it up after 3 days. Gave them 7 days and came back to find the bike in their store room not even done. I asked to see the manager, told to wait 10 minutes and after waiting was told he is downstairs and he is busy. I was handed a pump to pump my bike and be off some service. I have always bought all my bike here in Hayes but sad to say, l shall not be back it is a horrendous experience

   Hayes Halfords have been excellent in dealing with errors made at a different branch. The tried to initially help with a bike i bought for my son, assisted in raising the matter and doing a return of the faulty bike and replacing it with a new one. Very helpful, polite, and didn't make us feel like it was our fault. Thank you

   Walked in and was quickly greeted by a lovey female member of staff who listened to my needs, found the item and got a helpful man to fix it in the car all in less than 10mins and for a great price! Professional, efficient and friendly and I am a very happy customer! Keep up the good work

   Offers a good service and they have a great variety for your automobile from hand tools to cleaning gear and dash cams, satNav. They also sell bicycles and parts as well for a reasonable price, good deals, free parking, spacious place and friendly staff.
