   Subject: Urgent Request for Removal of Personal Telephone Number Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally demand the immediate removal of my personal telephone number, which has been displayed and advertised publicly on Google in connection with your business, EU Auto Parts Limited, for nearly twelve months. Despite sending numerous letters previously, no action has been taken. As a result, I continue to receive unsolicited calls at all hours, causing significant disruption and distress. I require that my telephone number be immediately removed from all public listings, online platforms, and advertisements associated with your company. Please be advised that if my number is not removed without delay, I will take further action, including: 1. Reporting the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for breach of data protection regulations; 2. Considering legal proceedings for harassment and misuse of personal data under the Data Protection Act 2018 and associated legislation. I request written confirmation within 7 days of receipt of this letter that my telephone number has been removed from all listings. Failure to respond or comply will leave me with no alternative but to pursue legal remedies to protect my rights. Hopefully I will receive a response from this review

   I assume it’s the same company that sells on eBay. I received exceptional customer service. I ordered parts for my C200, and the supplier proactively checked whether they would fit before shipping. It turned out I had ordered the wrong parts, and they were kind enough to cancel the delivery and issue a full refund. They may have lost this transaction, but they’ve gained a lifelong customer for all my future car projects.

   Unbelievable service. Ordered parts on a sunday night and arrived from England to N. Ireland on Tuesday. I thought i’d been scammed as payment was taken from my card but had no confirmation email or receipt. All was fine tho. Would definitely buy from here again.

   After ordering this part and reading the reviews on here I was very worried!!...But these guys did not disappoint and I thought it was only fair to share my experience ordered and delivered within 3 days and the part looks as good as the original cannot fault them upto now brilliant service and best price around and double the warranty of other company's excellent stuff

   Absolute scam and a joke of a company, sent wrong items had to arrange collection and item came back as no one at address, fake address, goods then collected again. only get replies after midnight Chinese seller acting out of UK. Phone is never answered and once they got your money really need to spend a lot of time to get it back, avoid avoid avoid.

   I’m not actually a person who writes reviews very often but I had to do this one so people don’t make the same mistake I made. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered an item, they cancelled it the same day. No explanation just said they had ‘ refunded’ it. No refund received. Tried to contact numerous times and was ignored. Luckily, I had paid through PayPal and after nearly a month of waiting for a refund, they awarded it my favour… absolutely disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs.
