    Beware of buying from this shop. On his advice we were sold incorrect car part despite us giving him all car details. When I returned for refund and told him he sold wrong part he would not accept error. Said its not his fault as "book told me it's this part". Was only willing to give credit note despite his error. I had already sourced right part elsewhere so had no use for his credit note. Certainly won't be buying from this con artist again.

    Very rude and unreasonable, a massive difference in service between the regular owner and cover staff!! Please avoid taking any business there i am going back to Halfords Appualed the level of customer service is horrific. Customer service doe not exist in this store may as be closed. The priniciples of running a small business do not exist
