   EXTREMELY Rude management!!!. I am a fairly regular customer for someone who’s not a mechanic. Managed to purchase an incorrect tool which is absolutely no use to a ‘non mechanic’ and went to return on my next visit to purchase spares and the ‘tone’ of the management’s refusal to refund was unbelievably rude. A simple ‘I am sorry sir’ was all that was required but the tone & language was extremely rude bearing in mind I am a paying customer. Management really need to go on a customer service training course. I would suggest boycotting such places and personally will never trade with this business again.

   Dear Motor Discount Centre Management,( Farnham Road) I recently visited your store and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. While I appreciate that your prices are more competitive compared to other shops in Slough. I found the customer service to be lacking. Specifically, I was disappointed by the lack of product knowledge demonstrated by the staff. Even after providing my car’s plate number, the customer service representative gave me incorrect information. Moreover, despite me clarifying that I was not interested, the staff insisted that I purchase an alternative product. This approach felt dismissive and is not conducive to a positive customer experience. I kindly request that you ensure your customer service team is well-trained and knowledgeable about the cars and products you offer. This will help improve customer trust and satisfaction.

   I do not recommend this place. I broke my car key and went to them to make a new one. The new key stopped working the next day. I went back to them and they told me they had to replace the battery with a new one and they did. After a few days the key stopped working again. I went back to them but they did not accept the complaint, explaining that they did not know what had happened. After opening the key it turned out that the board was damaged and it had worked fine before. I lost time and over £30 because of them on a key that does not work and which now I have to make again, including programming a new board, which will be even more expensive. A bunch of amateurs and crooks!
