There is always a long que because these places are understaffed because the upper management are cutting costs so the poor chaps in the workshop are getting overworked to the point they give up and do what they can . Instead complaining and expecting so much be a abit patient , if you want world class service go to the dealership and pay more than twice as much for your parts . If you want parts for cheap as chips deal with the service you get , some people in slough are deluded and have to high expectations - be real - you get what you pay for in life .”

Took my reg so he could order the part needed asked me to pop back in the next day. Arrived test run and exact problem team thought it would be. Part arrived and fitted while I waited. An hour later I was on my way problem fixed. This is the second time I’ve dealt with Ray and his team. Definitely recommend them. Honest and friendly as a woman I hate having to visit garages.
