The parking area is nonexistent,you have to be extremely lucky to get one. In the other hand employees are very friendly, excellent communication, accurate information and customer service in high standards.
Pointless visiting this store! no one at the desk, they were chatting away on phone inside and didn’t care much about people waiting. Wanted to check availability of parts but he kept insisting that I should check online. Wouldn’t have visited if i had to do it online
Great service around from the team and the manager. I now buy most of my parts from this branch and have stopped using EURO CAR PARTS as they kept getting the parts wrong.
Helpful staff, quick service and had what I needed. Check the Internet for price and availability of what you need. Google directions may take you to the wrong side but I followed the gsf van. Thanks
Staff are helpful and polite, very well equipped depot. Im so glad they are now in slough, closer to home and i dont have to travel so far to get parts for my car
Done click and collect to make sure I got the item I wanted. Trek through Friday traffic to get there only to find out they don't have any. Not good enough really. If you are not going to pick it and put it aside no point offering click and collect.
Wasn't open to 2pm as stated but was new year eve so guess he ho. On return didn't have what was wanted but gave me another outlet with correct details and part number.
