Only given 1 star as zero not a option just spoke with the owner to enquire about one of his cars asked the usual question condition service history any known problems and his response was it’s only a £2500 car what do you expect. I answer I expect the car to be worth 2.5 k very rude no customer service skills and has just lost a sale will be going else where

Popped to buy wiper blades for my car. Owner kindly supplied the correct ones & fitted whilst I waited. Great service & all at a very reasonable price compared to Multinational company's.
Very pleased with their work, I dropped my van in early morning for a new handbrake cable, and picked it up a few hours later. £65 well spent.
5l oil kerax 10w30 price says £25 on the drum but he charged me £30 and was laughing when i left the shop. Conman would not recommend to anyone.one star because i have too.
I asked for a bulb to be fitted into the front of the car. I was told it was £5. I then asked if someone could fit it in for me to which he asked me to take the car to the back. When I went to pay for it, he asked for £10 and mentioned £5 was for fitting. When I replied that I wasn’t told about this charge, him and his colleague proceeded to be rude and mentioned ‘ this happens all the time’. Clearly they do not tell of costs upfront -it was a bulb fitting which I could do myself but as I had my one year old child with me, I thought I would ask for them to fit it in. I was extremely sad to have experienced this. They are terrible people and have no manners and both proceeded to shout at me - a female with a child. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
