   Rude coustmer service While ordering parts for coustmer and the guy over the phone don't know what he is talking about or don't know about parts As road side patrol I need different brand parts prices to give to coustmer , I never had this issue with ECP Please use ECP or GSF not TPS

   Im mobile, been in the trade for years. I had a car in bits on a drive not far from their hayes branch. Rang them to get some parts but i have to open an account first. Ok i need parts quickly how do i do that. Ans come in fill out form we send to head office then if it’s approved you can purchase things. Replied my customer needs parts asap so waste of time. My advice if you want vw parts go to the dealer

   Never experienced such a massive disregard for customers. Was served by Surya Patel (old Indian bloke) who wasn't shy about displaying his feelings that as a customer I was making his life harder. I asked for engineering oil. He got me a bottle. It wasn't the correct one I wanted so I request if he could check they had the type I was looking for. He responded "that type won't work on your car, you need to buy this one!". I responded "I've been using the other type for years and it's been fine. Can you check if you have the other type please". He responded "why are you making my job harder!?". I replied "I'm sorry..." He replied "you're not sorry, if you were sorry you wouldn't make things hard for me and just buy it" He then sighed, check he had the correct oil I needed and brought it to me. After the transaction he just sat back down in his seat without saying anything? I wasn't sure if the whole transaction was completed. I had to ask him if I was waiting for anything else. He replied "no!". I understand his job probably has little to no reward but I know people in much worse places in life who treat people with more respect than he did. This guy needs either training or firing because people will just stop buying from TPS.

   They charged me 15% as handling charges when I returned some items which I bought for my car. Not sure if it is legal n following return policy! Firstly he said their HO has ordered them not to any returns today.. then argued a bit n then he said they will charge 15% .. I don’t have any option cause I can’t come back again driving 25 miles for returns.. It’s just ripping off..
