   This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. They publicly mentioned my full name in a review, made false claims, and tried to shift blame instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes. That alone is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, they repeatedly sent the wrong parts, wasting my time and causing unnecessary delays. Rather than resolving the issue properly, they chose to attack the customer instead. Communication was poor, accountability was nonexistent, and the attitude was defensive instead of helpful. A business that names customers and spreads misleading information should not be trusted. Save yourself the stress, time, and frustration. Not worth it.

   Really bad experience with BCP Automotive. I ordered a bumper from them twice — the first one arrived damaged, and the second time they sent the wrong one. I wasted so much time trying to return this huge package because most couriers refused to take it. In the end, I had to drive 30 minutes to a FedEx just to get it shipped back. Their customer service is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They ignored messages, took forever to reply, and when they finally did, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead of apologising or offering a proper solution, they had the nerve to blame me for the damage and only gave a partial refund. I’ve never dealt with a company that shows so little respect or care for customers. It’s clear they just want to take your money and disappear once there’s a problem. eBay is now investigating them because several people have gone through the same issues. This company has a terrible reputation and feels like a complete scam. Please avoid BCP Automotive — save your time, money, and frustration.

   This isn't BCP fault FedEx delivery personal left my parcel in a very insecure place with the main security door left open. And when I went to get my parcel it was not there from the photo that I received at the bottom of my shared property I live at the top according to the photo it was left at the bottom. In view of any public as I can imagine it was a large parcel. I was promised things would be sorted by a certain day. That day has passed and still not resolved. FedEx are blaming BCP and I've been passed from Piller to post. I've attached the images so you can figure out what's happened. The police are treating it as theft. I would just like a refund My car was due to be fixed I had to cancel the mobile mechanic appointment because no new part there

   Part has arrived badly scratched. Phoned the company its self to be bluntly told nothing they can do as I ordered from ebay. Tried many times to resolve on ebay had no luck. Sent email to the company direct had no response ataal. Definitely won't be using again.

   Ordered a part, the description was wrong as it said it would fit my year of vehicle but the bumper didn’t fit my car and the condition was damaged. I returned the item at £50 cost to myself, I have a postage receipt signed for by the company then all of a sudden they don’t answer to any of my eBay messages! Avoid at all costs, I am down £230 and hours of time!

   cheap parts, but when you get faulty ones (which looking at reviews is a lot) you get zero customer service. awful seller. avoid at all cost. pay a little more rather than paying for same part twice. wish i read reviews before buying. They have also disconnected their phone lines which says it all! too many complaints to handle. It was a pair of headlights one incorrectly wired. Tried contacting you 4 or 5 times to resolve but 0 response. Even after the owner rights responses for people to see on here he still doesnt respond to emails. He pretends things resolved to look good.
