Shocking service been billing me for 3 of the same polices 2 days apart from one another and two more polices on another date on the same policy. After reasling they have taken an additional amount of close up to $1500 over the last 5 years. Now they wont admit it was there wrong doing and I've yet to received the money back or even the recent refund from the renewal. Haven't responded back to me in over 4 weeks for the refund and If I want to log in to try and speak to them it will active my old policy. Shocking service and shocking ethics. Don'ts use them

We had a flood in our gym before Christmas I4S are finding every reason to not help out According to them, Gym flooring and sprint tracks (which were damaged by water) are not part of contents jnsurqnce Futhwrmoee you have to do everything via email with them and they take 4-5 days to respond We’re in February now and I still haven’t had anything resolved.. just going back and forth trying to answer my questions As a gym owner, I would strongly suggest not using insure4sport

Using the freephone number I was able to get straight through no queue which is a bonus. Spoke to chap who was very helpful and efficient and explained everything to me. All done in less than 10 minutes.
I have been using insure4sport for a few years now. I teach Fitsteps twice a week. I use their online service and they let you know when renewal is due. They are extremely prompt with the paperwork and when I had made mistake and asked them to change it they did there and then. They are also a great price and offer lots of options and are very clear and concise. Highly recommended company.
