   Service in the building itself is great, online customer service however was shocking. Just wanted to exchange a battery that was still under warranty, requested a VAT invoice, got given a reformatted slip of my online order instead. Went to exchange my battery and then had to call to request my VAT invoice, was sat on hold for over 30 minutes. No fault to the actual store but I'd probably rate the online internal service a 2 at best. Could've just said no one was available rather than keeping me on hold for half an hour after calling twice.

   I just bought the cover for my left door mirror and it did not fit. And I ask the gentleman to refund. I was being asked to wait and he started serving people who came afterwards. Very poor customer service.!

   Bit of a tiresome wait to be served on my 1st visit. 2nd much faster. But overall I found the politeness and freindlyness of the staff was excellent. I returned a purchase as found cheaper elsewher e and the guy behind the desk was appreciative of my reason.

   Order 3 spark plugs that in theory been in stock. I drive 10 miles in exclusive for go to there for collect them and once there they said me that only have one in stock. What kind of organization has that people that they don't know what they have?? If i were living there, not good either but could be ok. But I driven 20 miles ( 10 go 10 back) for nothing after seen that they had them in stock and place the order for evite exactly that trouble

   I’ve just got to say that I always have such a consistently great service with the Staines branch. In particular, I want to shout out Geoff who has the best customer service that I’ve experienced from anyone, ever. He’s clearly passionate about his role and I believe he’s a true asset to this business. Give him a raise, value him and it would be good if he can pass on any wisdom by training new staff in this role at this branch or elsewhere. Overall, the click&collect worked well. I received an email when it was ready as well as a phone call. Thanks again.

   Very polite and extremely helpful. . Just don't trust Google Maps by tapping on the map provided,. It tries to take you around the back and you'll find yourself at a pair of locked gates better to type in the actual address.
