Very poor customer service and misleading advert have left me out of pocket as the seller is now refusing to allow me to return the item.
I ordered a bumper from the website, and had my order cancelled in 5 hours saying I requested it(which I didn't), and no reply to my email saying what happened.
Good and helpful staff some parts bit pricey but to be fair we're original parts
Scammers indeed. Sold me a part advertised it would fit a Tarraco it didn't. Emailed them no response. Avoid like the plague. Now the listing has been updated to reflect it fits a Leon. When I bought it was to fit a Tarraco.
The product advertised on their website is original, but what I received is a different quality. Poor quality, fake product. I will open a claim with UK authorities if they will not refund the amount.
Great place to get new and second hand car Parts. I can highly recommend.
