   I dont think I may order a part for delivery anymore. Ordered a rear wheel bearing kit that was meant to come to my front door on 17th March that I payed the extra £5.95 for. Was never delivered until i called them. Looked like someone did not put my order into their system properly. The guy I spoke to on the phone was a nice guy, he came back from time off to find Mayhem happening at their end. He was happy to sort it out for me, so received my order on the 21st March. I would like my refund for the £5.95 that I payed for that 1 day delivery please

   I don't know what it is about Euro Car Parts and collecting stuff in person, but every time I go involves a 20-30 minute wait to be served even with a short queue. Today was no exception, in fact I had to give up queuing today, life is too short.

   Don't go I ordered a pool due fto hot weather Monday a d they said it would be in Friday today. The guy that was on the phone to said I just spoke to the person who had ordered in and he said he totally forgot and sold it to a walk in customer... Thanks very much for that very sad child now and will not be using you again. I used to buy all my car parts and accessories from you but feel very let down..looks like jayar will be getting another customer...
