   Anthony and team were excellent today servicing my breaks on my bike and fitting a kick stand. Very kind and friendly service even when they were very busy. Even helped me get the bike back into the car, I highly recommend going here if you want friendly staff who go the extra mile.

   Neil is the best and very helpful to everyone. Also alert you about parking information which is very good. Replaced my bulb quick . Only thing is I had to wait for 45 mins for 5 mins jobs because of only two people in the store.

   Took my daughters bike to Halfords Sunbury with a snapped chain. The guy I spoke to said no bike technician were working today but he pointed me to the right part and said it was an easy job. I then took the part to Staines Halfords to be told that someone could have quite easily helped me repair it but didn’t want to. Also got told at Sunbury that I could have done it myself without any tools. Staines Halfords said I need a special chain tool to be able to do it.

   I ordered three new windscreen wipers and a set of hub caps on Sunday night and early Monday morning received a text to say the order was ready. I collected it at about 10.30 - there is free (for an hour) easy parking and once I gave my order number to the helpful man on the till it took him under two minutes to get it, pass it over and tell me my receipt would be e-mailed to me. Very happy, 5 star service. Thank you.
