What a lovely shop, like how car parts shops used to be. They stock everything your likely to need and at a good price. Was served by Craig,who was a great guy ,very helpful and knowledgeable. Would buy from again and heighley recommend.
I have experienced excellent, very fair service, support and helpfulness from the staff, Craig and George at Unity Motors in Byfleet. When my battery let me down. and I needed advice, They couldn't have been more helpful. It's great to know that they are nearby, with their friendly expertise at hand. They will certainly be my 'Go To' in then future. Thank you both and also the kind and generous young customer who willingly replaced my new battery for me while I was there. Altogether Brilliant!
They are well stocked, but don't take their advice on what oil/part you vehicle will take. They supplied wrong gear and engine oil to my mechanic (who rely on this shop recommendation) despite being provided full details of Car & Reg number. I had to spend extra to buy new oil and replace it. Its very unfortunate.

Used to think was good but went to change my bulbs on my van and they assured me they supplied the right bulbs for the job. So because of them still not working I call out a mechanic to fix the lights at the cost of £150.00 just to be told I have been supplied with the wrong bulbs!!! A fix that could of cost £2 if they supplied me the correct bulbs has instead cost me £153.00. Really let down by this company. Disappointing.
Needed 2 x metal wing nuts to resolve wobbly toilet seat as plastic ones provided with product useless. As always, the guys were very helpful and were able to provide. Always give the impression that nothing is too much trouble and willing to open packaging to check fit. Pack of 4 at 50p. V. Happy!!! :0)
