   We have used TPS for several years now for our company based in Grayshott and have always found the staff in the Guildford branch super friendly and helpful, recently I have had to tie up a few account queries and found Daniel Hemmings beyond helpful..... It's a shame we have had problems with the head office accounts department trying to change our companies address.

   Been using Guildford TPS for 13 years , nice bunch of guys who are knowledgeable on the phones, however their management has really gone downhill the last few years and they aren’t fussed about losing sales.

   They ordered a rear bumper without letting customer know it has no primer, upon return, manager Mason at TPS Guildford was rude and unprofessional to us at A T Hub over the phone and the customer returning the item. Their reason for not accepting the bumper was it had no box. ( the bumper was taken out of the box by their staff 20 mins before return and the box was taken by them). Second reason was it was back ordered so they won’t accept it back. The manager Mason at TPS note it’s not our first time purchasing parts and we will definitely not be recommending you guys again.
