Great service from Sandown Coachworks - picked up my dented BMW promptly after being appointed by my Insurer, repairs completed in good time and returned clean and sparkling this morning. Many thanks to Chris for great service.
Tried to get a quote for a small issue, had an inspection on the Friday, 1 week later no email, called and was told someone would call the next working day Monday , no call, went back 14 days after inspection on the Friday. Was told 1 bloke had been on holiday. So not posting as a customer as didn’t get that far. Went to a competitor up the road, quote received via email on the way home and car booked in. I would suggest Sandown either update their service skills or get some and when you say someone will call, just call…and if a jobs too small for you just say, don’t string people along it’s very unprofessional…
Recently repaired car on behalf of my insurance company. They did a great job and it was valet cleaned upon return. The job took a little longer than expected but i was kept upto date. It was collected and returned by the helpful Chris who put me down for the 1st job of the day on both runs.
Very happy with Sandown Coachworks not only did the pick up my car and also delivered it clean and hoovered. It went in for a bumper replacement the staff are great and work was completed very quickly. They were very efficient and was kept well informed by Chris when he was going to drop my car off. Would definitely recommend using them. Very happy customer.
Fantastic specialist attention to detail on repairing my Abarth 124 Spider after the front bumper was hit in a collision. The car has a heritage hand painted mat black rally bonnet. Hats off to Callum who insisted with the insurance underwriter that this was a job that required time and skill. The result - I picked up my car today and it looked as good as the day I picked it up from the showroom. Thanks Callum, I hugely appreciate everything you and the team have done.
My car was taken here after an accident to be repaired. I have to say their customer service was fantastic. As a result of the repair, my car had one completely brand new tyre and on looking at the others, I realised the remaining ones needed replacing through simple wear & tear. When I called up to find out about sourcing 3 more tyres the same as the accident repaired one, they went the extra mile to give me the information I needed and suggested options that would be best for me. I appreciated the promptness in their reply and their honesty in the advice they gave me - unfortunately this is rare these days so I applaud this business for holding up such high standards!
I have just picked my car up from this fantastic company. Every step of the way it has been professionally and lovingly restored. The end result is a wonderfully restored car that looks fabulous. DO NOT USE!! They fixed my car alright but returned my car with paint scratches and swirl marks. Their manager even called me and said l signed confirming that l knew the car was scratched which is a lie as the guy who brought the car asked me to sign to confirm that l received the car. They also brought the car with all tyres not drivable yet l had changed all my tyres a month prior, and the driver confirmed that they had changed my tire which is not what they were supposed to do. I would not use them again and won't recommend to anyone who genuinely cares for their car.
They did an insurance repair for me, and was flawless and completed faster than expected! Decided to use them again to install a shaker kit for my car - again, excellent service, patient and did a flawless job in good time. Would highly recommend and will be sure to go to them again!
