   Julian was excellent. I have been to 2 garage before bringing my Italian car here to fix an annoying squeaking sound from the rear brakes area, which both garages could not fix (though still charged for the labour). He booked me in for an appointment and called me back to explain he had an idea what it was before working on the car. It ended up being the brake shoe discus were not fitted correctly and rubbing, which he readjusted. I will be bringing all my cars here for brake issues tec.

   I'm not one for reviews, but in the case more than happy. After being let down by another establishment and losing the day. I found js auto online. Julian is a very busy man look at my xc90 and said I can do it in a couple of weeks I thanked him for his time but I needed by the weekend so was going to look elsewhere. I ended up leaving the car with him and with in 3 days I had it back. Really nice guy great mechanic and professional

   I have used JS Automotive on several occasions. Julien is very professional and has carried out excellent work on my car and my wife’s car over the past few years. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his services. Always polite and respectful and above all very knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing problems.

   I was going to change the battery on my car but Julian checked it and advised me not to for the time being as the battery was charging OK. Brilliant service (and free). Most garages would just have changed the battery. As a result, I will return for my next service with the confidence that Julian is a great and trustworthy mechanic.

   The air conditioning on my wife's 2012 A class stopped cooling. The main dealer inspected and found a leak and said that a new condenser had to be fitted and the system recharged. Their quote brought tears to my eyes! Got a couple more quotes which were much lower. JS Automotive were very competitive and had great 5 star reviews. In addition, someone we know had used them and spoke very highly. We were very happy with the work done and the price paid. Julian is very friendly and helpful and even lent my wife a car while the repair work was being carried out. As it turned out, we got a call a couple of hours later to say the job was done. I was so happy that I will now have my wife's car serviced there. Highly recommended

   Julian knows his stuff and is a great honest guy, just had my car serviced with him and he diagnosed all i needed done and went out of his way to help me, nothing was to much trouble, there are plenty of mechanics close to me but he was recommended to me and now i see why, would highly recommend. A++++
