Not had the best start with this company. Terrible communication, very difficult and complicated to submit a claim. I have submitted all referral letters from the hospital and gp along with consent to release medical history and g&m told me they’re waiting on the gp to release the notes but the gp never had a request from them. Several emails but no response!
