Poor staff experience. If you’re under 40 and don’t look rich you will be completely ignored. There was lots I wanted to buy for Christmas but the staff put me off with their sycophantic vibes.

It's a really lovely place to have a good mooch. High-end high street homeware with a focus on quality. Staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful furniture, kitchens, living and bedroom furniture. Also, for a smaller purchase, there are faux flowers, which are gorgeous. Vases, plates, trays etc. It is difficult to walk out empty handed.

Beautiful store, shame the staff give it a 1 star! EVERY TIME iv been in the staff are so busy having conversations amongst themselves they don’t even acknowledge you even walked in, so uninviting and unprofessional. On this occasion I spent £190. Still didnt see any customer experience. Looks so bad on the business, I only spent that amount because OKA next door didn’t have the flowers I wanted, I would have happily given them my money, completely different service from OKA, so friendly, helpful and make conversation with you. Neptune take some advice from OKA you might make more sales!!

Great service and help by Daisy today. My Wife and I came to the Edgbaston store and needed advice on paint and fabric. Daisy is very knowledgeable, helpful and went out of her way to help. Thank you

Beautiful shop, really gives you a lot of style inspiration just by walking around. Recommend stopping in if you're nearby- good to see the quality of the items you'd normally see online. They have smaller items to buy like fake flowers, candles, paint etc too. Yes, you don't get any attention from the employees unless you ask but this is how I like it in all honesty.

Whilst Neptune furniture and accessories look amazing the customer service behind concerns raised is nothing sort of incompetent. After many calls they have still not responded or in fact delivered a product that I purchased, unfortunately I will be asking for a refund.

Love Neptune and the Edgbaston store is superb. The entire range is gorgeous with excellent designs and premium materials that have with a very cohesive feel. The staff are lovely too, always kind, polite and helpful but never intrusive if you just want to browse - I could spend hours (and a small fortune here).

My favorite way to spend time and money. Welcoming team and stunning products. I always come away with loads of ideas and a few cheeky little bits and bobs for our place. Their own paint range is sublime lots of murky colors which I adore.
