   I recently had an engine replacement completed here and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were upfront and transparent with pricing — very fair compared to a nearby business that had quoted almost double and even tried to add unnecessary issues. Here, everything was explained in detail and I was kept fully updated throughout the process. The service was honest, professional, and the quality of work outstanding — the car now drives like new. It’s rare to find a garage you can completely trust, but this team truly deliver. Highly recommended.

   Strongly not recommended! I recently purchased new tyres from ASDA and have chosen Topgear Hayes as the fitting garage. I have called Topgear before booking to check on how long it would take to fit 4 new tyres, fortunately their opening times were in-line with my work time and they confirmed I would be able to get the works carried out during my lunch break. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time, and although I had booked an agreed time slot the work on my car did not start until 40 mins after my arrival (no jobs ahead of). my job that was guaranteed to take no more than an hour ended up taking 2 hrs. Suffice to say that at the end of this debacle I ended up with my wheels not balanced and my tyre pressure not set correctly. Having to go back and insist the above be corrected so under mine supervision they re balanced tyres but didn't set tyres pressure!!! To top this all off they have scratched 4 of my wheels during fitting (pictures attached) which wasn't noticed at first. After I called to them highlighting this problem, I spoken with an indiviual with couldn't explain why balancing or tyre pressure hadn’t been done properly from the beginning. They went so far as to tell me that my vehicle didn’t have a tyre pressure indicator (go figure, from an expert!!). The same individual said also stated the sketches on my 4 wheel is not major problem. No solution or form of an apology offered, but, was asking me what do I want to do? This is not about any form of compensation; it’s about taking responsibility and ownership. Thank you,

   Phenomenal! After being quoted some very silly prices to solve the exhaust problem on my Lexus GS300, these guys took a look, gave me a very reasonable price and then proceeded to do an excellent job. They were quick, polite, knowledgeable and a credit to their profession. I cannot speak too highly of them. I have no hesitation in recommending without reservation.
