Aladdin performance was amazing, literally had a magic carpet like flying over the audience (How is that even real??) Amazing stunts I must say, they even brought in a teacher from the performance to help them do some puns. Awesome. 10/10 would go again

Good venue, been lots of times. It's only issue, as with most older theatres, is leg room when seated. Also if you get a chunky monkey sat next to you, some of their chunk tends to trespass into your space.

On this occasion visited to see the Tina Turner life story which was fantastic. High production values brilliant lighting and sound we quality. The real gem though is the auditorium itself. It's a masterclass of high victorian architecture. Even if live theatre isn't for you (and I pity you if that's the case) put yourself out and book to see anything. The building itself is the real star of the show.

A lovely theatre with a lot of charm. We were here July 2015 to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. The theatre was clean and well cared for and staff incredibly kind. The seating was very tight and narrow, and I suspect could be limiting for some people. Our knees were crammed in front of us and the armrests dug into my hips. The show was fun - though it wasn’t my favourite arrangement of Joseph I’ve seen (having so many children play adult roles opposed to being the choir didn’t make for a more impressive production). But Joseph and the narrator were both excellent.

A nice, small theatre venue with good views from most seats. We visited to watch a show and had no issues with our seats in Row P. The bar prices were reasonable and that staff were friendly when showing us to our seats. I would visit this theatre again if they had a production I wanted to see.

Excellent!!! Staff are always friendly and happy to help you, bar staff are amazing and the plays and ballets and pantos Sheffield Theatres put on are amazing. Last time I went I saw Jack and the beanstalk and I loved it. A very nice and great place for an evening with family, friends or Significant other. Performances are spectacular.

Watched Ursula the Untold Story last night and it was great. We sat in the circle, a word of warning the leg room is very tight! If you are taller than 5'6 you may struggle. Other than that it was great, a lovely theatre and very well organized.

Lovely theatre, friendly staff, plenty on the door to check tickets and bags and get you inside without huge queues. Easy to get a ticket to use in QParks Charles Street to get £1 off charge. Comfy seats and sat on row N plenty of leg room.

Great experience, enjoyable play, and fantastic setting. Will try and go again! Family of three went to see the play that goes wrong. Very funny play (slapstick) and the whole family enjoyed. The theatre is well maintained and easily accessible next to the Crucible and not far from a Qpark. The seats are comfy enough for about 2hrs.

What a lovely traditional theatre. All seats have a good view of the stage. We sat in the circle. The seats are reasonably comfy a little tight especially for people with long legs. Capacity was reduced today and a staff wore masks, not all attendees wore masks. Toilets are clean. There is a lift if required. There is a little sweet / chocolate kiosk just inside and a bar selling alcohol and soft drinks. I parked in the multi story car park at the side of the crucible theatre £2.50 for 2 hours of £7.50 for all day. It's good to have live performances back on stage. I bought my granddaughter a Flag after the performance by the time we reached the car she had lost the flag. I've just rung the lyceum and they are posting her a new flag ..I've paid again but thank you to the member of staff for going to the trouble of posting out.
