Yesterday I went for a wheel alignment service. I’ve been living around here for years and often noticed this shiny-looking place, so I decided to give it a try since my usual alignment technician had left my old garage. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews beforehand — later I saw that people had already complained about poor-quality with the wheels alignment service. They told me only the front axle needed adjustment (which costs a bit less). They said the alignment was done, but the car was still pulling badly to the left. I went back for a recheck, and they insisted the alignment was fine, suggesting maybe there was an issue with bushes or geometry. This morning I went to another garage — they redid the alignment properly, and now the car drives perfectly straight. So please, either fix your equipment, train your technician properly, or both. Also note: this is a Mercedes-Benz W221 with air suspension, not standard suspension. The second garage selected the correct suspension mode, and the result was perfect. It’s a real shame — nice people to talk to, but taking money without doing the job right is not acceptable. I don’t care if a place looks messy or simple; what matters is that the work is done properly and the service I pay for is actually provided. Overall: waste of money and time.
All the staff here are very nice, and very helpful. Nice waiting area you can use while your vehicle is being worked on. I've used them for several years and have never had any problem with work they've done. I would highly recommend.
Terrible service and unprofessional behavior. I came in for a wheel alignment, but the problem wasn’t fixed. They told me the issue was with the tyres and recommended new ones. I agreed and had them install brand new tyres, but the alignment still wasn’t corrected. When I asked them to sort it out, they refused and told me to go elsewhere. Later, while driving on the motorway, my car started vibrating badly—clearly, the wheel balancing was also not done properly. When I returned and asked them to fix it, they demanded extra money, even though they originally said balancing was included with the new tyres. On top of that, their staff were rude and unhelpful. They overcharge, lie to customers, and don’t take responsibility for their poor service. I do not recommend this place at all.

A great bunch of people who always try their hardest to give you value for money. Both the staff at the front desk and those that get their hands dirty are a good group people. Efficient and polite.
