   Incompetent. 1 hour 15 mins to change 4 tyres. During that time other customers came and they were seen before me. Card machine wasn’t working and they tried blaming my card for it. Tried another card, machine still didn’t work. I made a cash payment. Whilst i was making the payment, they decided to change another customer’s tyre and block my car in during the process. Had to wait 10 more minutes. Ridiculous.

   Had a puncture right next to Heathrow Airport and popped by to this garage. They prioritised me straight away as I had a flight and charged a relevantly good price for a replacement.

   My own experience with them in simple terms is, I got there first and they removed my rear tyres. As soon as they saw a white man entering, they abandoned my car and gave attention to the white man. I queried their poor service characterised with racism. I called the owner as I have his number and do not know if he called his employees to ascertain what was happening.

   I always get my tyre issues dealt with by Butt tyres , very friendly and pleasant service , been visiting them over 20 years . Today I realized I had a screw in my rear tyre, at 1855 i phoned Butt Tyre & Autos and was told even though they were about to close bring the car in and they would rectify the problem.
