Yeah, this place! Harkened back to my own younger years. Good bowling, clean place, nice atmosphere, cool arcade too. I miss bowling shoes though, that was part of the charm... We didn't bother getting a drink, the queue was too long.
We vplayed in the VIP section, can't complain really. The only thing we didn't like was the overpowering smell of fried food. Other than that we had a great time.
Disappointing, lane prices aren't too bad but the choice of balls and extremely slippery floors on lane one let it down. Also we paid for VIP and what did I get for it.... Sweet FA, won't be doing that again, the chairs in the normal section were padded and VIP not.... Terrible
I’ve never felt so disrespected at a bar. The tall guy serving us at the counter on 17th of October around 9 pm was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Just because me and my friend didn’t have physical ID on us, he refused to serve us cocktails — which would’ve been fine if he had handled it politely. Instead, he made insulting comments about our appearance, saying “you look good for your age but I need a physical ID,” in a sarcastic and condescending tone. I have visible grey hair, and it was obvious we were both adults. His attitude was completely unprofessional, and he made us feel embarrassed in front of everyone. What made it worse was that another barman later served us without any issue, because it’s clearly obvious we’re old enough to be served. The whole experience was unpleasant and insulting. This member of staff needs serious training in customer service — or a word from the manager about how to treat paying customers with basic respect. I will definitely not be coming back.
Huge arcade section as soon as you walk in and air conditioned which is a life saver on a hot day like today. Lady behind the desk was friendly with a smile and had good manners. Even have vip sections to sit in on specific lanes which is cool, large dining area with a bar also. The lanes are well lit and fun to play on, can order food and drinks to your lane also by simply scanning the qr code
I recently visited Hollywood Bowling and had a fantastic time! The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of lanes to choose from and all the necessary equipment provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, always on hand to help with any queries or issues that arose. What really stood out to me, however, was the atmosphere. Great atmosphere, the staff were super nice at the desk. You can order cool drinks to your bowling booth. The arcade is also quite big and full of fun! We will definitely be back soon!
Very nice area, good parking spaces, good atmosphere, played bowling and the balls never got stuck unlike other bowling places i been to. Service was good, drinks was decently priced. Bowling was ok priced maybe a group discount would have been nice but it is what it is. Will be back again in future to play games and checkout everything else on offer.
Great atmosphere, lovely staff especially on main counter. Crew member was a bit arsey when we finished our games on the VIP lane. Literally jumping down our throats to move on and clear our stuff when last ball was barely rolled. Need to check that sh!t guys. Only thing that ruined my experience with my kids on a night out. Less likely to come if that's how crew members think that's how you talk and treat people. Aside from that it was great.
