Excellent, pragmatic service from Callum and the team. Addressing admin issues, putting the customer first and never compromising on safety. They even checked my run flat tyre sealant that had expired and I only went in for a battery change. Highly recommend Callum and the team at the Teddington auto centre .
Really impressed. Great deal for 4 tyres. Was trusting to luck that the tyres were correct but was delighted to see they were. 22 inch tyres for an iX fitted perfectly. Phil was great too.
Easy handover and collection, but is it really necessary to bombard me with reminder texts, emails and phone calls every day for 7 days beforehand? They became such a nuisance that I had to block calls from Halfords
Just had an MOT I cannot fault the service centre. the drop-off was very easy. The manager called me when the MOT was done and the vehicle was ready for collection. Very polite staff and very professional I will definitely use them again
First time I’ve used Halfords auto centre Teddington, booked in for interim service & MOT… really happy with service, easy booking system online, easy drop off, Phil was so kind & helpful when I was looking for my locking nut, put me at ease and didn’t make me feel silly for not remembering where it was! They emailed me list of recommended work with pricing, which meant I could take my time & decide what I wanted them to carry out. Dropped off at 8:20am ready by 2pm. Such a smooth stress free experience, I will definitely be back next year. Thanks again Phil for your excellent customer service!!
Avoid! I would not recommend taking your car here for an MOT. The tester put a list of 10+ advisory's. Halfords quoted me £1600 to repair. I took it to another local garage, they checked over the car and stated that many of the advisories were not warranted and should not have been put as an advisory. For example, one of the advisories being Front Oil leak, but not excessive (8.4.1) My local mechanic did an inspection and deemed there to be no oil leak. I will not be using Teddington Halfords in the future. I ended up paying £90 for some repairs, and car passed the MOT without all the 'advisories' that Halfords claimed the car had.

Turned up before they opened to hopefully get a walk in MOT. Gentleman setting up for the day explained there fully booked. Can't complain. Looks like a well run place.
