   They don't do an installation service for any parts you provide to them. It's a service that involves a cost so not sure why as a business if I can source the parts elsewhere for a cheaper price your can't provide fitting. If the labour cost is more due to this I will understand, but to simply not provide is unprofessional.

   Very poor customer service. Products are not in stock when they say they are. Lead times are incorrect. They don't inform you of anything just take your money. You can never speak to anyone. Watse of my time.. Another wannabe performance company with no business or customer experience.. AVOID!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

   I recently ordered a couple of parts online from R44 and everything went really smoothly, apart from a small delay which was quickly resolved. I dealt with Leya, and she was absolutely amazing. Very fast, efficient, and super helpful throughout the process. Great customer service like that makes a huge difference! I’ll definitely be buying a lot more from R44 in the future. Plus, they even threw in a cheeky air freshener, which was a nice touch!

Ordered some parts to fit for our customer, unfortunately missed the delivery window and Fedex decided to ship it back to sender rather than attempt again. Spoke to R44 performance and their customer service team was on it quickly and helped resolve it promptly! Nice to see good service

   Bought diffuser, spoiler and splitter for my AMG C63, diffuser sand splitter received incorrect size. On the website says 2-4days shipping, but waited for 2 weeks. They did give me a 80 pound compensation. The diffuser is too small to fit in for the exhausts pipe, and the splitter won’t match with my car, come as one side short. And received a minor damaged spoiler, but not an issue, garage asked me if I still want to install them I said yes but not the diffuser, cos it is incorrect size. Then asked for a returning for the diffuser, had arguments with the customer service team as they don’t read the previous emails.(when I first time ask for return it was different agent)I noticed it’s not a free return based customer not like it. However, based on this situation. I want to return it it’s because the size is not right and can’t install it. They asked me to come to their garage they can install it for me, but I’m not from London, I need to make a 8hour trip from Manchester to London for return. They still saying I need to pay for the returning. I was recommended by a BMW M2 owner, maybe their BMW parts are good but not AMG.

   The products are amazing, well made and with a great finish on the carbon fibre, the weave is really deep and catches the light perfectly fitment is easy, even on splitters and spoilers, the reason for a 4 stars instead of 5 is simply that my order took from November to January which I understand was partly due to omicron. However the service was great and the staff friendly, they also offered a promo on my next order as an apology for the wait. Sadly within a week my car was in a crash and the splitter ruined so I'll be returning for a 2nd one.
